Damaged Product Return In the unfortunate event that a JARE Candle product arrives damaged, we provide the following options:

Replacement: We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage. Please ensure the photo is submitted to JARE Candles within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.

Refund: We offer a full refund of the purchase price upon the return of the damaged item.
